Following the opening of the Gibraltar room on the 13th July, it was agreed by the RMA committee to give the carvery facilities a ‘trial run’ before offering this service out to all club members.
The trial run arranged by Bob Guest was a real success, all the newly installed equipment worked well, food was hot and desserts were well chilled in the refrigeration unit.
At the dinner ‘Riggo’ Richardson RMA Chairman took the opportunity to make a presentation to Bob Davies to thank him for the time and support he has provided over the years taking photographs at various club and RMA events. Bob has taken the decision to take a step back from this work, and was presented with a RMA wine bottle stopper accompanied by two bottles of red wine, which it is hoped he will put to good use.
Sue Cornish stewardess has now advertised the monthly dates for the carvery which can be booked at the bar.
